If I start a block of the month can I do one a day and finish the blocks in twelve days? Or should I try to do just one a month?

If you had the complete patterns for all the twelve months you could easily do one a day. Lock yourself in your sewing room and warn off the family. Allow yourself a few days, maybe three, to get it all together, sandwiched, quilted and bound, and then emerge, victorious. How's that for a grand plan!!!

My quilt club does one block plus one a month. Then we all either exchange a block if it's the same size -colors as what we are doing. Makes it go faster sometimes. But some of us don't like some of the colors so we only use the ones we ourselves make.

Personally I think the blocks are the easiest part, its the assembly of the finished product (eg a quilt) I procrastinate on :) xXx

Some blocks of the months are only posted once a month, so no matter how fast you sew, you'll have to wait for the next month to get another block.
