the beanie is a necessary evil when you have a bald head,so it may as well look good xxV
The hair started falling out today, I think it will get a shorter buzz cut tonight or tomorrow, that's what I did last time. Don't want hair in my food.
I love your hat and your Angel Tree! This site with all of its wonderful members is a very special gathering of friends! May the lard bless and keep you in His loving arms throughout this awfully scarey time and give you the peace and love you need to help you get through everything! May you find the Miracle you need and continue to improve daily afterwards! Our Lord can preform His miracles! Believe in them with all of your heart! You are a beautiful person, inside and out! You have given us strength just watching and listening to you and your wonderful faith! My prayers are with you as well and hundreds more right here at Cute! Hugs, Linda
Of all of the words to misstype, I messed up LORD! I badly need surgery on my eyes but the time is not right just yet. I do have a hard time seeing the keyboard and the print on the page. That too will improve with time and then surgery! Funny, but during Christmas was when I had the worst problems. Every Christmas decoration and light looked like round wreaths to me. That was only at night when the light were on. I felt like all of the lights were Christmas wreaths with the halo's around them. I have on contacts and reading glasses but still have a hard time..Of course the tiny print is what is so hard to see, not the designs and the people! You look lovely!
I hate when this cuts off the words! Thank you for your kind words! Today my hair started falling out again. A buzz cut will be tonight or tomorrow.
What a lovely gift, The tree is fantastic, I was wondering if you had made them all or if they where gifts too. Sending you Strength, Love and Hugs Pam.
I made some of the other FSL ornaments, you can see one just below the light blue angel and I have a 3-D tree off to the side of the purple angle but all the angels came through the mail, I was in shock! I loved the tree and next year it will be all angels! I plan on being here for it, I don't want to let cancer beat me!
Hugs back!
Debra, you and the hat are both too cute! Don't worry about your neck; we all have things we'd like to change about ourselves!
Love,
Jacqueline
Thanks, I have always hated my body, till I was 30 I didn't weight more than 90 pounds unless I was pregnant and wanted bigger boobs and heavier legs, now I complain cause I gained the weight and hate it, lol. Prednisone for asthma did me in big time and now laziness keeps me that way, have lost through Weight Watchers a couple of times but gain it back.
See, steriods! When my daughter has to take Prednisone, you can not fill her up!
Yes, steroids are the worst and do make you gain, you just are constantly hungry and then the weight from it is harder to lose than usual.
Terrific hat and what a lovely tree! I continue to keep you in my prayers. May you have love to share and health to spare this coming year! Hugs and *'s, Deb
Thanks so much. The tree came down yesterday and now I need to find where I am going to hang the angels for the rest of the year.
Great hat and text ! Love your tree too ! Take care.
Thank you. Was going to take it down today but just didn't have the energy so I'll get it down in a couple of days.
I think, as long as you are still enjoying the decorations, you should just leave them up!
If we had a larger house it would work but this is on an end table that hubby uses and the lamp that goes there is sitting in the sewing room.
love the hat, and such a great positive text for a great positive Cutie to wear. You are a real cutie! everybody can see that now on your hat too!hugs and prayers for you.Hope 2012 will bring you good news.
Thanks, I think it is fitting too. Can't keep a cutie girl down! That's me. I have down times but I try to cheer up.
Love, love, love your hat. Love, love, love your double chin and have one myself. Love your upbeat attitude. Hugs and Happy New Year. May 2012 bring you healing.
Thank you but I hate hate hate the double chin, lol! I guess in the grand scheme of things though it doesn't matter so much, but it makes me self conscience (spelling?).
YOu look great. And dont let the double chin bothers you. It comes with age.(Not that you look old)
Thank you, I hate the chin and jowls and there is a belly lower than them that I hate worse! I hate dieting too though and even if I lose some of the weight the skin is old and saggy anyway, lol! I just gotta be me I guess.
That's a cheerful hat and you must feel the love with which it was made every time you wear it!
Love the hat, really suitable for winter in America.
Great job DeVon and very thoughtful. hugs and blessings, Meganne
Yes, she did a great job, it is suppose to get cold tonight and give us some real snow. I cried, the love that comes from the people here is amazing. Hugs to you Meganne, keep us posted on how you feel too!
Dear Debra, I love your new hat! How cute! I also love your positive thoughts. You are in my prayers.
Love and big hugs, Yoriko
Thank you Yoriko, I love my hat and I have to be positive, I've never known any other way to be. Thank you for the prayers and hugs, all are appreciated!
How Cute! And you are so wonderful to share so much love and courage with everyone! Hang in there and God will hold your hand in all things! He Has All The Power! And, we are tapped into it when we believe...now be sure you get a mega dose of that healing element! HUGS! ro
A person who has good thoughts cannot ever be ugly. You can have a wonky nose and a crooked mouth and a double chin and stick-out teeth, but if you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely. ~Roald Dahl
Beautiful hat, Sunbeam!
I just love your new hat Debbie - good on DeVon for making it for you Debbie. Love and blessings Chris
P.S. Sending prayers your way too.
Thanks Chris, didn't she do a great job? I love it. Thanks for the prayers. I'm gonna beat this!
Love the hat!! Devon did a great job. Sending prayers and hugs your way. Hugs, Mary
Love the hat. Looks great and the cutie wearing it looks like a "real cute chick" too. Hugs Marg
Isnt' that the truth!!! That's great! Way to go DeVon. I love it. Debra you have so many angels looking over you! How wonderful.
I know, didn't DeVon do a great job? It's adorable? I had tears in my eyes and hubby said he almost cried too. He is amazed by the out pouring of love I have received from you all!
Debra, you are lovely in your new hat, chins, and all else!! Beautiful, just the way you are! You continue to be in my prayers and thoughts! Hugs,
Angel
What a lovely picture Debra of you and your tree. Just love your new hat, DeVon did a great job. Will keep you in my prayers. Hugs and love Yvonne
Thank you, God answers prayers, just not always with the answer we want but I am hoping that with so many cuties all on my side he will give me more time!
Great picture, and glad to see you with that hat, and all those angels...
Even removing a double chin would not be worth that!
I thought...well, I'll go thru chemo and be thin at the end of the treatments (just like a woman!) Let me tell you....that's not how it went down. My dr. said lots of women gain weight during chemo, I think it's some of the drugs they give you, like steroids! Just get well, and don't worry about chins!
I know, that stinks, when I got the lung cancer 2 years ago I joked to a dear friend that I was going on the ultimate chemo diet! I did not lose an ounce! My doctor keeps saying they don't want me to lose weight and I keep telling them that I want to! I do have prednisone here and it will pack on the weight but it stopped my asthma cough which made my ribs hurt so I used it for that. I have more but won't use it unless I start coughing again.
What a great hat
Isn't it? I love it! I will wear it till I am healthy again and still treasure it.
Attitude makes a difference. Keep up the good work... and please continue to post. We care.
Thank you, I try to keep a good attitude about all this, if I can't laugh then nobody else will either so I just take each day and move along.
My prayers are with you. You look great with that hat.
Debra, I am in awe over your courage. Your hat is perfect! Thanks for the pic and this is what personals is for! Hugs christine Live Laugh Download Stitch!
Thank you, I have never been known to back down from a fight and this one is not going to beat me either!
Happy New Year Deb, love your positive attitude, hugs S*
Love the hat, oh my dear you are so in fashionnnn, lol
this will keep you warm and connected with all cuties who are rooting for you.
hugs and warm embrace
Michelle
Thank you, I've never been known for my fashion style, if we are going out I start out in a dress and heels and end up in jeans and flip flops before we go out the door!
You might just start a new fashion with your new hat. Best Wishes.
You look GREAT happy you like the hat. Everytime you wear it you can think of all the cuties that love you and are praying for you!!! DeVon
Thank you DeVon, I love it and I have a story to tell all about it too! I am known to talk too much so now I have more to say, lol!
Ha ha, you are so funny and so cute. Take care of you. You know we all love you.
Debra, this is so very CUTE - can't wait to see what DeVon says. I love that you posed in front of your angel tree - I see a few new angels and other ornaments, but I love that Angel Tree Topper, too.
Oh, my tree is beautiful, hate to take it down but it does crowd our small space and I love all the angels and the topper fits and looks perfect up there. It is going on a shelf in the living room till next Christmas! Can't pack away things that pretty
You could always pin all the angels to your curtains instead of putting them away??
That's another good idea but I need new curtains first, the chair in front of them swivels and rocks and it has the curtains in bad shape. First that chair is going to be gone soon, then the curtains replaced (I have the old ones in the basement but I have to see if the rubber backing has been ruined, if not they are still in good shape and I won't have to buy new ones) and then the angels will find a place.
I know you will come up with a way to display them - they will guide you and guard you in your recovery.
Debra, what a wonderful gift. Thank you for sharing with us and you look so cute. Always praying for you. Hugs, Judy
Great photo the hat is just too cute. My prayers are with you.
Love that beautiful hat, and love the colors! and the model is perfect!!!!! Thank you for posting this delightful picture and don't worry, you will never clog up the personals, we are only glad to have your news and pictures. We have noticed a little good humour in your post here :) Love and hugs, Lidia
Thanks, yeah, I am in general a fun loving person, have my down days but mostly cheerful and a little nutty too!
That is a really cute hat. Perfect!!
Marcelle
Now that is what I call a CUTE hat. LOL... Love the bright colors.
Isn't it adorable? Shirlene asked my favorite color and I don't have just one but red is the top of the list and I noticed a lot of green and pinks in my closet lately!
Great photo of you and the "Cutie" hat. Devon did some really nice work on it and will be pleased you did such a nice job modeling it. Your area has a few days next week of below freezing so your hats are going to get a good work out.
Thanks, don't like pics of me, don't usually look good. Love the hat, she did a great job! It's gonna be plenty cold here and will be for months, yuck, I want sunshine and 70's!
Yes for the sunshine and 70's. All ready tired of the heat with the stuffy head and dried out skin and our winter is just getting started.
Debra we love every post of you! Don't stop it ;o)
This hat is so cute and so you have one to change with your little sockmonkey *lol*
Have to go to bed now (6.35am) but will look here again later on...
Hugs, Bettina
Bettina, do you ever really sleep? Yes, it is going to be hard to wear my sock monkey hat when I now have this really meaningful hat!
Sweetie it was just training for tonight ;o)
Hope you have a wonderful New Year-party and wish you all the best for 2012...
Bettina
