Really like the scarf and how it is fringe at the ends. Your watercolor picture is beautiful. Did you use it as a Christmas greeting card?
What lovely gifts, and if you ask me, they have even more value 'cos they are handmade
Your homemade gifts would have been really appreciated as they were made with love.
Your painting is awesome.
Your projects look great and I do enjoy hand made stuff -so much more personal. Perhaps you can load them into projects as well, now your brain *is* awake? If you get into the habit of posting them in there and also writing to us now and again or replying to others, your flowers are sure to keep growing.
Your painting is lovely and I am sure everyone enjoyed their gifts that you made them. Have a Happy New Year too.
Teeri, I know what a busy beaver you have been - you and your family are blessed indeed. Happy New Year.
You were really busy before christmas ;o)
I can understand that you wanna be nice to your hubby but the next christmas is far away so why not being a little naughty? *lol* NO! It's very kind that he plays the model...
Hope your garden is growing this year. Just kep on posting and chatting :-)
You can post your selfmade gifts in "projects" and I'm sure you get a lot of flowers. This night the people are busy with celebrating 2012 *lol*
Happy New Year
Bettina
your right, I should have posted in projects, guess I'm being brain dead tonight. Your right about the celbrating. Hubby and I went to dinner w friends, then I stopped at my daughters and played games with the GK. DH wasn't up to that, sometimes he is a bit reclusive.
Don't wanna bother you! Like Shirlene also said: You get more attention (and even more flowers ;o) there for your nice work.
It's such a pity that the number of signs in the comments are limited. We all have to watch everytime if your words are cutted :o(
> cutted (thought I did it right this time but still too much :o(
Your painting of the flowers is so beautiful. I'm curious on yoour other paintings...
Bettina
I'm curious too about your other paintings. How wonderful to be so talented! My first reaction was 'ooh'! I would love to have a well developed color sense and to be able to draw or paint. Lucky you!
Here is a scarf I made for my oldest granddaughter, Madi. Hubby is the model. He threatened me with my life if I showed his face. It was tempting, but I decided to be nice.
Also, I am a wanna be artist. Here is the Christmas watercolor I painted this year. Next year (2012) I want to put together a family calendar. It will go into the calendar for Dec, along with some of my grandchildrens's art.
I've been on this site for years, and my flowers don't grow. I need a bigger flower garden, please.
Terri, you work is so wonderful - yes, please share it in PROJECT - only because you will get more response to it there. I am so shocked that the picture wasn't taken by your hubby and not you - Hehehe! I love this Watercolor - it is so lovely - you are not a wannabe - you are an artist. And I see you signed it Twee, too
