was just wondering with fsl do you use bobbin thread or the same top thread..

For any designs like angels or ornaments that need to be reversible I use the same top and bobbin.

For many that don't, like a tablecloth that actually has a front and back, I don't. For those I just use plastic side prewound bobbins.

Use same thread on top and bottom.

Same question I also was having at the first time I sewed FSL. It is best to use same color. i just looks so much nicer. Use same thread as as use for my other desgins : Madeira.

Yes it is better to have both the same thread.
At our sewing club "serelon" is recommended.It is strong and thin enough and also comes in large assortment of colours.

I always use the same embroidery thread in the top and bobbin for my FSL Lace.

just did a quick little fsl and it turned out great looks good back and front thank every one for the help..linda
