she does have a very cute face. as far as i can see she's a cute doll!
She looks just right to me. Thanks for sharing. Love your doll. A child or a doll lover will give her years of hugs - kisses - love! Great Job!
Oh my goodness she is adorable. I have been busy making dolls but for the life of I can't find any ITH doll cloths for mops doll...
This is an awsome doll a little darker hair and she i my daughter LOL she has big feet and long skinny arms and legs LOL !! Thanks for sharing the photo !!
love the face and nothing wrong with the body, any child will love. Hope to see it
Well, your doll family is growing, and with each addition you will learn something new. I am sure that you know someone to take the little dolls when you complete them.
she is adorable and I can't wit for you to finish fiddling.
I love the face. Well done!! I don't mind the proportions so much, clothes will make all the difference; the bigger size hoop is great, fewer seams to close by hand and the head will be less wobbly than mine - my doll's that is, usually my head does not wobble at all. :)
Just came home (10.30 pm)after being away for the day but was so curious what was new on the ragdoll front...
She is darling. Each and every doll should be unique. Children don't know anything about proportions and love each and every doll in their own way. She will be much loved. For us with limited hoops, I hope you will make the face available separately. Many hugs.
This has made me laugh in seeing your sewing room and then the house taken over by a rag doll epidemic. This young lady looks great
Looks good and can't wait to see the ITH clothing you come up with.
I spent yesterday going through ITH clothes for Mops doll and I love doing it
this way. You sew so shouldn't be to bad
The bodice front and back separate. Then
the skirt with a line to sew it on in the
hoop.
Little bloomer pants or shorts, since she
is small could be just front pc and bk pc
with lines for the seams at the waist and bottom and even attaching trims.
I've finished up all the ITH barbie clothes and now just sewing seams-even jeans. Its so cool In The Hoop.
I think she is great. I need to spend some time and try to make my own face too. I did buy some faces but was having trouble getting them to stitch out correctly. You did a wonderful job.
She is cute just the way she is. I really like her. she is great to share already. Thanks for showing her off.
She is going to be a big girl out of an 8 in hoop inches? 18inches? She looks okay to me. She's got cute little thumbs and the hands can have fingers hand sewn into them if someone wanted to go that way. Face is good. You can probably change her to a
5x7 buy just separating parts out for those with 5x7.
With that preety face and larger size she
will be a hit. I have a 6x10 hoop BTW.
You are learning so fast. Awesome job your
1st item is in 3D.
Oh wow she looks bigger. BTW, there I go
assuming you are sharing her. LOL
Hugs
Linda aka Bumblebee
She lQQks great from here :):)hugs
Just take small amounts and I use the flat side of a scure to push it in..or if possible at our flea market they have those clamps like they use in hospitial..they work great
