hi ive got customizer 11000 can do clip art pic but cant get outline just puts colours in got no instruction when i brought it with themachine can any one help

I found a few links that night help you. Did you receive a book with it?

If these don't provide what you need just do a google search for customizer 11000 and you will find many more.
