I'm glad that this post was brought back to the front. I bought this pattern years back and never made it. That child is now too big, but we have some young'uns in the family that would love this. Toogie... you always inspire me!
Toogie, a great job you have done with the Teepee. Perhaps any thing indian or desert would look good. Can always add more embroidery later i guess. Sandra.
Look at this site posted by Sewmom. it is an Indian girl on a swing.

I put the link to BFC Creations and forgot to press Add Link.
Thanks for the link, I have gotten some from there before. What I need right now is more deer hunter than Native American, though. Hugs to you-Toogie
There are Native American designs at BFC Creations with a few feebies.
There are some really nice ones on Emblibrary (sale right now) of native America designs...check them out you might find something they would like.
Very nice job. how big are these teepees?
Hope whoever receives this will appreciate it lots of work in it.
hugs and flowers to all
Thank you. They are wider at the bottom than my 5 and a half foot hallway! We cut the pvc pipes 84" tall, but when it is opened, it slants out, so it is not quite that tall. The INSIDE center height is 55". It takes about 10 yards of fabric, so it is pretty good size. Pattern is Butterick 4251.
