Sounds wonderful spending time with your GS. Will have time to rest up when you get home.
You are right - we can rest on the plane trip home tomorrow evening. Back to the base tomorrrow to attend church with him before our flight.
Isn't Sewinhugs in San Antonio? And another cutie I'm thinking.
Would love to have met up with some of the cuties, but our time was mostly spent on base. We had town passes today, so brought him into town so that he could chill.
Beth, thank you for stopping in - how is your toe doing with all that walking?
Hope to see those picture, too. We have missed you. Enjoy the visit and give your GS a special thank you and hug from me for serving his country from me.
Thanks so much - I have walked more than I had thought - and the toe did scream some. I see a doctor's appointment coming up next week. But it has been great, even if we did freeze. We went out in 40 degree weather with 25MPH winds, which was like us stading out in 28 degree weather. Floridians just do not have cold weather gear. LOL
Well this cut me off!!!! Any way, it was like us standing out in 28 degrees, and most everything was outside. Marc sure looked good, and has done very well in his testings. He is off to the security forces on Monday.
I am sure you are wanting to get back to sunny Florida and out of the cold weather. I can just see the look on your face - watching your GS and being so very proud of him.
