A question for the digitisers among the cuties. If you use satin stitch what is the maximum width that will work for a design on a towel or tea towel for instance? Hope this is clear looks quite a muddled question.

In general the maximum width is 12-14 mm depending on your software. But I think that's too wide for towels and other articles that get used a lot. I would not use more than 8-10 mm and use a very thorough underlay to make sure that the fabric does not show should the satin stitches shift slightly.
