Grand daughter arrived!
Today my daughter has given us a grand daughter. It was an emergency caesarian as they found out she was in breech position.
Mum and daughter are both well. The little one weighs 8 pounds!

How lovely for all of you. Give her a hug and big kiss for me. Not such a little one at that weight. Big babies always look more formed somehow - I have retired now and sometimes miss the delivery/labour ward, such a happy occassion for all !!
