Betty it is all done for you. All you have to do is lay down the fabric. If you have the Sew Beautiful magazine, it is a freebie.

Yes it is the White issue. If you go to Hang to Dry and click on the Vintage Luxe heart and in the coupon type in caps, WHITEISSUE, it should come up as a freebie, but it's only good til end of month.
