I have tried to download designs from this sight and it tells me I have nothing to open the program.I have 3-d wilcom, winzip not sure what is needed.This is the only sight I have problems.

What program do you use to open designs from other sites? Only the packs on this site are zipped. These need to be unzipped before programs such as Wilcom Truesizer can open them.
