Congratulations! So glad your embroidery business is working out for you! Hugs Sally
Good luck and there is nothing better than having a business doing something that you love and not a job that you have to have.
Alice - what great news. I hope that this new year will be the start of something great for you. Hugs Sarah.

I was just telling someone to get into the business. I hope to learn to digitize so I can be support to my daughter's business as she gets through school! Congrats and Blessings to you!
yeah for you! I haven't been doing ME very long, but what I have done for family and friends is being seen by others and I am slowly getting requests - like you said - it takes time. Good luck!
That is wonderful news, Alice!! You are such a generous person, that's what makes it even nicer! Jan
Wonderful for you! How long ago did you start the business?
I went off work sick in April 2009, I was not functioning well and I made a lot of mistakes, wasted a lot of money and time. If I was living by myself I probably could not live on what I am making but with some other financial strategies that we have in place and my husbands income we are getting closer to where we were at when I was working full time. My business is now paying it's own bills and giving me a small income. I must say though there does not seem to be a great deal of money in selling embroidery designs, people do like freebies, but that side of it is at least paying for the webhosting etc... I do quite well from small local businesses needing their logos embroidered. The big embroidery companies don't cater well for the little guy. I have some regular customers and I am getting new ones every week.
I am so happy for you. Congratulations, and may your business go from strength to strenth!!!! ****
That's fantastic news Alice - hope it continues to grow in leaps and bounds. Love and blessings Chris
Great news! I always like to hear that a person can make money doing things that {you} love doing
Encouraging to know, I for one am planning retirement in the next 3-4 years and would like embroidery to supplement my income. Am working on building a client
base now so who knows,
GOOD LUCK
