Jerri I read your other comments. First, did you download it from the link at Hirsch International? If not be sure to use it to get the latest version. It states on their website that multiple formats are supported. They specifically mention PES there. Here is the link again and the direct link is at the bottom.

I just downloaded and installed the new version on January 12, 2012. I did some print screens so you can see all the formats you are supposed to be seeing in the version on the Hirsch site.

I clicked on the link that you sent me, and clicked on the download button that showed up there. Is that not the right one?

Since your user name and passcode do not work, can you just create a new one and start from scratch? It may see you as an "invader" trying to take over an account that is already active. Just a thought there. Good luck!!

Tried that as well,but when I put in my e-mail address, it said something about it existing. Very frustrating. I did send them a message, so will see if they can help.

Thank you everyone for your help. Because I have tried a few times I am not able to get into the site. When I go to the site, and find where to download, the box that shows username and password pops up. The user name is there, and I have tried everything for the password, but nothing is working and I don't see anywhere that you can get the information from them. Computers are not my friend when it comes to downloading things. Nothing ever looks the same as what people are telling me and I don't know enough about computers to play around.

Look to the right of this page. You can d/l directly from the website. Hugs, Terre

LOL-I'll bet you don't remember this Terre-but you are the one that helped get me set up with Pulse-I think of you and thank you everytime I convert formats with it-I think that was back like about a year or more ago-Thank you, thank you, thank you =O) ~linda~

Jerri, did you register or just enter a username and p/w? there is a little icon on the lower left where you register. Once you are able to get in , then look at the "option" tab in the upper left of the new beta version. You should be able to install from there. They have changed it so much you might need to contact them. I truly love my ambassador for converting and such. Sorry I couldn't help you any more. When I helped Linda, it was a different set up. You know how these websites keep changing things? I always say if it 'ain't broke don't fix it... :) The good thing about Ambassador is there is no time limit on how long you can use it.

I googled around, and found on ann the gran, dated Oct11, that "pulse ambassador is not supporting formats for home embroidery machines". Hence, all our trouble in trying to get to it. Link below to read the article and answers.
Then, there is Artlink6 from Bernina. I know there are some people here that have dl it and use it

Just this week I downloaded the newest versions of both Pulse Ambassador and Wilcom True Sizer. I just checked my Pulse program and it shows both PES and PCS formats.

You might want to check again. When the program opens and you do 'file' 'open' there will be a line with some text in it at the bottom of the block. Click on the arrow at the end of the line and it will give you all the options. You should see both PES and PCS formats there plus many others. Please let me know if you find it.

Hi Marcelle: Please read my new comment. I have tried and can't get past the user name and password, just won't accept anything.
I even uninstalled and tried again. When I did get into it, the box where you look for the format only had about 5 choices and nothing with pes or pcs there.

Sorry, cannot help, but want to know if this will be better than the Wilcom Truesizer? I have that and I have no idea how to operate it. Thanks v.m.

Thank you, but after I clicked on the File button, open, nothing after that was the same as you listed. I may have to wait for my daughter to come over and see if we can get my old version back.
