I knew emblibrary had some ,but are really high stitch count for a shirt design. I know I have seen a simple one some where. You might go to OPW and enter mailbox in search to see what turns up.

There are several breathtaking lifelike ones at emblibrary.com. I have stitched a few on dishtowels for my mom and she just stares at them and won't use the towel. They have like 33 color changes but come out so full of detail and color. They are far beyond what is listed below.
