QUESTION----HOW DO YOU REMOVE IRON ON LEABLES..BOUGHT A BLANKET AND IT HAS AN IRON ON LABEL IN IT FROM THE PERSON WHO ONED IT..I WOULD LIKE TO REMOVE IT...THANKS LUCY

WELL I WOULD COMBINE BOTH ANSWERS: FIRST IRON AGAIN OVER THE LABEL TO SOFTEN THE GLUE SO YOU CAN TEAR OFF THE LABEL, AND WHEN THERE ARE GLUE LEFTOVERS; MAKE AN APPLIQUE OVER IT.

Lucy, Why don't you just applique over the label with something of your choice so it cannot be seen. I have done this in the past and it worked out well/Lillian

I have had luck in the past removing labels by ironing over the label to soften the glue and it peels off. If it is a large label , do a small section at a time because it needs to be warm to peel well. Hope this works.

That's what I would do too but I'm not sure if it would still leave some goo behind. You could try Goo Gone if it leaves some behind.
