Have found the design now: It is a freebie from a dutch page. They have 4 pages of freebies and they are all so cute :o)
That baby here is in the middle > baby naam just without the frame for a name.

HAve to admit that I have this design and also don't know from which page it was (think it was a dutch page). They had several cute baby-designs and on the pics were still the cross from the embroideryprogram. Maybe somebody can remember this detail?
