You did a great job and the TWINS (Kim & Kris of DIY) would be proud of what you have done with them.
Thank you. I think they are very talent and they inspire me to sew more....now all I need is some more time added to the day.

I love the designs on DIY Dish - I've made several things from there. Great job Joann, love Chris
These are beautiful - definitely not run of the mill!
These are nice arn't they, I downloaded the pattern from DIY dish site. I watched the video on how to make them but as yet haven't had the time.
I love your pin cushions I was thinking of making one how did you attach them to the stand, better still how did you make them they look wonderful, I do have a pattern but was unsure of how to start, you have enspired me, regards Carol
Thank you...I used a woman's best friend...A glue gun. I put the foam bottom on bottom and glued the material in place then I glued it to the holder. The neck is a large wooden bead that I found at a yard sale and the buttons are from a sweet friend.
I purchased them at the dollar store and they are metal. I also look at yard sales and thrift stores for them...I have several short crystal one's
candle holders WOW you are very creative! I love this idea! I do believe that I have a couple of these candle holders, now if I can just figure out the pattern! Can you tell me if you got it on-line? Very cool!
i love them!! where did you find the stands?! where is the craft fair?
Thank you...The stands are candle holders and I purchased them at Dollar Tree...I live in a 55+ community in Florida and it is being held here.

Thank you. Yes it makes a cute added touch. I also like the large buttons on head...reminded me of a large hat on them.
