I am a new member of cute embroidery and I am leaving tomorrow to see my son Graduate from the Air Force Boot Camp in San Antonio Texas. He is also going to ask his girlfriend to marry him and get married this weekend also. I wanted to do some towels with the Wedding Font but the files seem to be empty when I try to download them. I have contacted customer support but have not heard back from them yet. I need the letter "M" to get the project done by tomorrow. Can anyone help! Thanks so much.

I just downloaded a letter with no problem. If you have a membership click on the design. Then click on the green bar to the far right and then download your format. One other thing the letter is just barely seen because it is white in color and white on a white background does not show up well. Try again and post your results. Congratulation on your son.

27071Wow, what a busy weekend! I wish you and yours a blessed time. Usually when I cant get the Font to load it is because of one of two things. Either the file is too large and the machine won't support it or the design is too large for the hoop. I wish you luck!
