You can ask a moderator to delete the whole post. Give them the link for this post in a pm.
You can edit your posts and comments yourself and remove links and change words. Click on Add Comment for a post or a comment and you will see the edit function in the pull down menu.
For a comment on a comment I think you hover next to the time and an edit word will appear.
