Hi Iva, I use Organ Titanium and regular Organ needles. I got a really good buy at Allstitch last month. Mostly use 75/11. If I'm stitching on canvas and it's a dense design I sometimes change to a 14 needle. I use YLI bobbin thread and my dealer gives me a good deal plus 20% off. I have purchased needles and bobbin thread from discountembroidery but they got really slow on shipping. I have a Janome MC11000SE and the organ needles work great in it. Hugs..Carol
I have always used Schmetz Embroidery Gold. They are a little more at a dollar each, however I think they last longer. I change about 150,000 stitches. I use 75/11 except for when I am using metallic thread and am lazy then I go 90/14. I also heard Organ needles are longer and may cause some machines damage. Live Laugh Download Stitch!
I just get my stuff from the local patchwork shop as I need it. I use Universal 80/12 needles too and they work fine and are about 1/2 the price of embroidery needles. xx

I use organ. Allstitch has good prices for 100 needles.
I buy my bobbin thread (in prewound form) from MetroEmb.com. I buy my needles from my dealer - 100 at a time when they are having a sale. I use Schmetz Universal 80/12's and they seem to do very nicely for the things i make.
Hi Iva!
I usually get my bobbin fill thread from the same shop where I bought my machine; and I get my needles from the same place. I have bought some needles from the local fabric store, but I'd rather get them from the shop because Mike has better prices on his needles. Add to that, the fact that he has a better selection of the Singer needles, too.
