thank you. I have a question i hope you can answer. I cannot open anty designs i get from this site. is it becaause i have pe design 6 and you maybe have the newer version? I called brother for price of new version of pe design and they want $ 500.00 which i cannot afford. i have a friend that has a unzip software and she has not opened them either. is there a software out there i can download for free to open the designs ? this is the only site i have this problem with. thanking you in advance for ant help you can send me.

When I download from Cuties, it isn't in a zipped file. I save to my desktop, then place in a file. Maybe that will help.

You should be able to just click on your format and then I click save as, I give it a name that I will recognize and then save it into a temporary folder. From this temp folder I then move the designs to my design catalogue that I have set up with different names...eg. Baby things, Christmas designs.
There are two free conversion programs that you can change from one format to another. These are the names so just use Google and then choose the link. They are both free and easy to use.
1: Tajima by Pulse Ambassador
2: Wilcom Truesizer.
