Cuties I need help to try to find how to put a link so I can find a design back easily in DBC if there is instructions how to make.Sewmom mentioned that she put a link by designs, but how is this done???

Ok, I'm back home.

1. For some DBC designs they are listed in the catalog. That can be very useful!

2. Designers do have a place to tag the design post when they are uploading. I just checked so I'm sure. But I don't think I've seen 1 tagged : (

3.I have a word document with links that I go to often. I tag the word document. For example I may paste the DBC catalog page link and then after it I write: catalog DBC Designs By Cuties. Word documents have search capabilities too. For Word I go to the Edit pull down tab, then Find, then type a word in.

4. I'm not sure how everyone would feel about this idea but you could make your own post, say in community or personal. In this post you would mention what you found and you would add your own tags. I don't think that would be welcome on a regular basis.

5. You can not add tags to an already posted post. We used to be able to do that before the site reconstruction. Maybe it is a feature we will get back.

DBC that you already have but want to find the page again can also be found by going to any DBC page and replacing the number in the url with the number of the design that you have.

I'm not home right now but I will give some suggestions later. The bottom line that you. can not add a tag to an already posted project but there are other things you can do like create a word document with your favorite links and put tag words in your document. I'll add more later. It's hard typing on an iPhone

I use google advanced search. The design number is not the same as the file number for each format, so it will not find it in the search. I have started a project word doc with all the links so that I can go back easily and find the instructions. Hope someone has a better way. Live Laugh Download Stitch!
