Sometimes (actually most of the time) I have a problem when I check out on the mygarden embroidery site. I put my freebie in the basket and click checkout. There is only that item showing at that point. Then when I get to the checkout page I have another design (the design from the day before, which I have already received as a freebie)in the basket with a price. I have to go back to the basket and remove the unwanted item before I can checkout with my freebie. Is this happening to any others?

I contacted her thru her website and got a reply saying that she would check into it to see if something can be done.

sometimes I have same problem, so I always check what's in the basket before I confirm.

Yes I have that problem most days too. Missed one because her site did not work for me and than several designs were in the basket to pay for them next day. Very frustrating

I also have a problem getting her designs. I thought my computer is slow because I have to click more than once to get it to my basket. Her designs are so beautiful and delicate, and I don't mind to wait. Thank you Yoriko for sharing your talent.

Her site is a little more complex to navagate than some and since she kept having problems on it over a yr ago and redid her site, it is on the slow side also. I think her designs are worth the extra wait! This angel font is very pretty and hey, it free so I am not going to complain about having to wait just a tiny bit longer than most! I will agree that it has alot more steps in trying to get the design each time but they are always there on time! Hugs, Linda
