The only legal site to get them from is ibroidery.com Any other site selling or giving these away are stealing copyright designs and if you download them, then you too are stealing copyright design. Sorry.
I just found out that a disney design must have the disney copyright logo on it ..so if you do not see the disney copyright logo around the design don't use it !
My Youngest loves tinkerbell.. when I ran the tinkerbell from my disney machine.. I have to admit I was not impressed with the design at all..

We all answer the questions to the best of our ability. We help each other out. Welcome to Cute!
The longer you stay on cute, you will come across illegal designs such as this. In my experience, the sites giving away pirated designs are also the sites giving you viruses when you are tempted and download them.
The only way to get legal Tinkerbell designs is to have a Brother "D" machine and to go to ibroidery.com. They are "Brother" and have the licensing to allow them to sell the designs.
Yes I have the legal Brother designs. You can Google Brother and tinkerbe to find a place to buy them
Needlework Russia has some. How legal I do not know.
you can find her on the turquoise site. I have found some cute ones. You may have to look at a few pages but they are free. Leblogdeturquoise210. they stitch out great. Roberta
And they also belong to Disney, so if you are caught using them on ANYTHING you sell, you can bet your bottom dollar you WILL be sued for Theft of Intellectual Property. EVEN if you purchased them from someone, other than the LICENSED BROTHER Site.
When you buy a Brother Disney machine you have to AGREE to the Disney Licensing Terms, which means you can only use them on items you make for family, you MUST NOT sell them.

Sorry to be the bearer of such bad news, but once you KNOW the facts you can either protect yourself or take the risk, the final choice is yours.

When I just became a member of this side, I also asked these type of questions. I was told that Tinkerbell is a licensed part of Disney and you can not get it (not for free that's for sure else it is an design illigal which you should not use) I don't think you can buy it. Some brother machines have it in their system
