Lyn i checked my download. Its there and I did jef and it fitted my 5x7 hoop.Mabey try another format and then convert see how it goes. Good luck Pauline :)
Pauline Thanks. I did download JEF then convert and resize through Pulse. Have been busy tonight so didn't have a chance to sew it, but Sue has also sent me one so will check both tomorrow and let everyone know
Thank You all for your suggestions. I wondered if it was just a little too large for my hoop. Think I will contact Sue later on. Lyn
I have a brother also and the same problem. I tried using wilcom to go up from the small size (puppets) and got nothing. I do not remember if I tried reducing from the glove size. I will try again in the morning.
I wonder if it has something to do with version I was saving version 4. This may need version 6. just a guess.
I was succesful downloading hus and converting to the my size in pes. If your design loads but comes in with a size of zero then one side is too long, also you can get a message, cant do in this mode. I am gonna go try this with the puppets.
I think the owl opened in a 6x10 size hoop. You just need to change the hoop size to 5x7. xx
I don't know about the owl but the cat is a 6x10 hoop and the actual length of the design is over 7 inches. You may be able to change the hoop size in your software and then shrink the design a bit to fit.
What machine and format do you use? We're able to see the design on computer software?
Design size shows as size (in):5.12"(w)x7.44"(h). This is slightly larger than your hoop. Try shrinking it ans see if that makes a difference.

I've had this problem too. It's because the design is larger than 130 x 180, so your machine can't read it.
Sue has a Janome and so most of her designs are for the 5x7hoop of a janome and this is 14x20cm. I have both machines and the 5x7 of my brother is only 13x18cm. It's not much but just that little tickle to big. Think she has converted to pes in the original size ;o)
original size from her janome-hoop.
A little bit shrinking and it will fit :o)
Greetings, Bettina
The owl is done with applique type work - you have the tack down, and then the stitches....did you copy the instructions down with it? the only fill work is the eyes, and beak. which format did you get?
I cant help but you could PM Sue but it is after 10pm in the UK so it will be about 10-11 hours before she is likely to get back to you. Hope you can solve the missing design
I will do that if I don't get an answer before then. I am off to Bobbin Lace now. Just wondering if others with the same machine as mine have the same problem.
