OK, this has gone on too long, I want my check marks and question and answer tabs to work. What is the hold up? Promised it was going to be back soon. Is Miss Veronika OK? Or has she gone missing in action like Shirlene? Sorry, felt this was important enough to post in public rather than just personal. I need links to find things when I need them. sob, it's been a long day but at least the weather has been great in Ohio the last few days between the rain drops.

The pocket book talks loudest. Paid enrollment drops when customers aren't happy with services.

true- but it still doesn't take the place of the missing functions that we used to have and were told repeatly,would be coming back with the upgrade.

It is great that the designs are being posted in order for us to have the catalogs but what good is that catalog if I can't check mark it to find the catalog when I need it? I just went searching my files to get the optical hummingbird and it is gone from my files so I had to hunt it down and download it again. The catalogs are wonderful and hard to write out when people do post other stuff into them but I can't find the catalog to find the designs. Does that make sense? That is why we need those tabs working! I don't think that is asking too much when the site has been under construction this long! Sorry, but I am not the best of moods when I am in pain and I just want something in my life to work when I want it to work!

OK, when I was bookmarking on my computer it was just saying Cute embroidery so I didn't think it would bookmark that particular post but I tried it and it did so I feel a bit better. I am just so frustrated with everything that is going on in my life. Sorry to be such a bitch! All will be good when I get some food in my stomach and the pain from that shot gets out of here.

Did you try to change the text? Or write something behind "cute embroidery"? That's what I do pe. >master catalog Cute<.
But in the meantime that are so many bookmarks that I will open an extra folder just for CUTE :o(

I couldn't agree more Debra and I am glad you have spoken up saying what we are all thinking. I miss all the old functions, especially the EDIT BUTTON as my spelling is awful and I like to correct it. LOL. Veronika did say that all the features would be back soon - but nothing has happened. I know nothing about web sites but surely oit cannot be too difficult to put things back as they were. Thank you Debra. Hugs Sarah.

I think our frustration and complaints are falling on deaf ears and far sightedness. Nothing has changed and apparently isn't going too. =O(

It kind of bugs me, too......but in the great scheme of things and with all that's going on in our world.....does it really matter that much.

I figure if I was the one managing this web site....it would be a huge mess!

I worked in Customer service for 7 yrs and when an irate customer would call we would have to calm them down, We were told to say "I understand your frustration". So Deb and Bettina I understand your frustration.
