Ouch, done that before. My fingers are sore from straight pins. while making a pouch I kept stabbing myself with the pin and that hurts. Hope it feels better soon.
I*sn't it amazing how much blood can come out of your finger. It will be sore for a few days. If nothing else it teaches us to keep our fingers out of the way. Have done it a couple of times but that was several yrs. ago. sorry it happened to you/Lillia
Welcome to my world i have done this three times the last time was the worst the needle broke and i had to pull it out :(:(
that i guess is part of our sewing the hurty part hugs carolyn
Yes I had this happen to me once. It happened so fast I didn't feel it. I went into the lounge with a piece of thread each side of my finger to show hubby. It hurt more pulling the thread out I think. Shirley
Can just hear all those swear words pouring out, not a good feeling I am sure - remember my mom doing that way back when and the needle breaking off in her nail and having to go to the Dr to have him pull out the tip of the needle which was embeded in her finger ----and this was not an electric machine like we have today...take care Cindy ....x0x0x0 hugs
Ouch! I feel your pain. I did the same thing only on a industrial machine that has a higher SPM than home machines and the needle going in didn't hurt as bad as the coming out. Hope you are up to date with you tetnus shot. Hugs & Stitches, Liz
OUCH!!!!
Looks like everyone forgot how to leave flowers again. I left one for you even you didn't leave them for others. Lots of 0's and 1's again.
So sorry! That really hurts. I did that once. Hopefully never again.

I did the same thing about a week ago and yes I used a few swear words also.!! Hopefully the pain goes away soon for you. Hugs, Mary
ow! keep those fingers away from that rapidly stabbing needle! maybe you better add a stiletto to your stash and use it instead of your little fingers. poor baby hope it's better fast.
you poor darling. I did that years ago and my Dad had to use a pair of pliers to get the needle out. xx
I did that about two months ago and I was so lucky, it stop right at the blood under the nail it bleed so little but it sure was sore. Hope yours heals fast!
Diamond
I did that twice and it really really hurts, my nail has never grown proper since and when it gets a certain length it splits down the middle. I was told if your not careful how you pull the needle out you can cause nerve damage. Hope it heals quickly best wishes suelyn

painful. LOL hugs Marie
Oh I don't blame you for swearing....ggg did you have to get help to remove it? & the BIG question did it all come out of your finger? Wonder if you may need a tetanus shot....hope you feel better soon.
Oh ouch, ouch, ouch. My eyes are watering just thinking about it. I have done many silly things but not that one. Hugs Sarah.
