Thank-you ladies for your answers on the coasters. Another question. I have never done anything in layers so how do you do the bottom layers? Do you unhoop - and if you do how do you get it back exactly where it belongs? Do you just slide it under the hoop and then cut the material down to the size you want? What is the die line? If you use the sticky vinyl does it gum up your needle? I may think of more questions later. Thanks for your help.
