Been shopping at Adorable Applique- I'm really getting into Applique lately. Do your interests change with time?

I also love doing applique. At the moment I am enjoying Sue's in the hoop bags and purses. They are such fun.****

My interests change, too. From FSL to ITH to quilting to applique, etc. Get bored doing the same thing, and then new ideas and new techniques pop up and I have to try them.

Yes, mine has. I use to do all kinds of FSL bookmarks but I have forced myself to do other things. This site has encourage that. I see something and my mind says "I must try that!" Right now I am enjoying quilting. I have three tops that need to be put together and quilted. At the same time taking not to waste my emb machine! I do use it to do the the quilting part!

From knitting machines to embroidery machines. From FSLs to Quilts and on and on. Just love crafts and creating new things. Don't ask me to mend though.

Mine do too! It's like I get sucked into a vacuum and I stay in there and spin around for a while - he he. Now, of course, it's quilts. I wake up just wanting to go sew! Isn't it just the grandest feeling when you have a day when you know you can do applique, or sewing, or quilts?!!!

Oh yes I am at the moment wild about lace. I still do all the others but love doing lace. But Maybe in a month time it will be something different.

I LOVE doing FSL, especially when my machine is tuned up. Isn't it fun to start a project, and then come back and it's all finished! But, I also love to watch it stitch out. It's like magic.

I think they do, we tend to branch out after awhile and try new things. Otherwise wouldn't be just stuck in a rut. And there is still so much to learn.

And then new techniques develop - like in the hoop! Have you tried digitizing, Bev?
