I've found quite a few car carriers/bags/cozies for you some have roads others don't but none of them are from embroidery sites - they're all sewing tutorials (though you could easily add your own embroidery designs). Perhaps it was one of these you saw? I'm betting one of my little ones might like one of these too ;) hth :) xXx

Can't give direct link but has a mini race car track
for mini cars.
Cassandra has larger matts composed of several hooping that make nice playmats.
I can't remember the other one I'm thinking of thats a racecar holder and carrier.
