well I think it is very spring like & I'll bet she can't wait to wear it! Hugs Loralye
This look lovely and the little girl will feel great wearing it. I have one of those challenges right now. Started out with one idea and it is ending much differently than I had imagined it to be. Little one will love it anyway, I am sure. Many hugs.
You did a great job and the little girl wearing it will feel special and proud. Hugs, Mary
Thanks Mary. The more I think about it, if she can find one of those crinoline slips, it will make the dress stand out and maybe look a little more fancy.
Terre, glad to see you finished the dress for the challenge. Somebunny will love it.
It's a sweet Easter dress and the little girl is going to feel extra special. I like how you set off the tiny print with the hem border.
Dear Terre, it looks perfectly alright in the photo. We are all hard on ourselves aren't we, but I know what you mean when you aren't happy with something. I, like you, just re-invent it another way. Love and blessings Chris
LOL Chris, you are right about that. Thanks for reminding me... I just look at it and think it's horrible, especially if a real professional looks at it. But then I think about someone that doesn't know how to sew will think it wonderful... But honestly, I can do better. You are kind to mention it though... Love ya... Terre
excellent job hugs
Thanks Carolyn. Not quite, but it will do. :) I'm donating this to a little girl who can't afford an Easter dress.
Wow, a lot of work went into that, you should be very pleased with it!
Thanks, but feel like I could do better. I guess I'm bummed because they put me competiting with professionals and I consider myself a hobbyist. But maybe next time (if there is one), I'll do something a little different. :)
