Annie, I knew I had digitised a number of butterflies some time ago, among them several FSL ones. This is one of them. I just split it, into wings and body, and added a placement line, so there are 3 colours in the file just to let the machine stop in time: wings as FSL, placement line and body. This one's fairly big, about 70 mm.
That's not difficult to do. What size would you want it to be? I can have a go at one tonight.
When you have a suitable existing design you like you can embroider that without too much trouble. Just embroider the wings and mark the center and the vertical of the design while it's still in the hoop - a couple of pins will do. Hoop the garment carefully, place the wings, center and vertical aligned, and stitch from there.
