Cuties, I have a question. How do you store your Fat Quarters? Or what is the best? Thank Peg.

I have a clear plastic tub th size of about 2 shoe boxes. I have them stacked/lined up by color. It works great for me. I started off with just a clear shoe box size but I out grew it.

Thank you. I might have to do that. I would like to keep them dust free. Peg

LOVE your fabric stash. Your's look great. I wish I had a bigger room and had more space. But what is a girl to do? I do not have space to put shelves. I wish I did.

Well, mine are just folded into a stack. I do have big plans to organize by color or theme or something, but I never actually do it. I do manage to have them washed and dried always so they are ready to use, but that's as good as it gets.

I need to do that too. I was hoping to find a way to compact them to save space.

THIS IS HOW I STORE MY FAT QUARTERS, AS YOU CAN SEE I HAVE TOO MANY IN HERE & I HAVE HAD TO STUFF SOME MORE ONTOP OF EACH SECTION, THIS HOLDER IS ACTUALLY QUITE LONG & HOLDS QUITE ABIT! BUT I COLLECT THESE FOR QUILTS & I HAVE MORE IN BOXES? BUT I KNOW WHAT I HAVE & WHERE IT IS! HONEST I DO!EACH SECTION IS PARTITIONED LIKE SEW: TOP LEFT IS SPRING NEXT TO IT IS CHRISTMAS & SEW ON, LOL

What kind of containers are those? They would work with turning them on their side like you did. Great idea.
