If my brain would kick in and remember I could tell you. It was free design and maybe someone might reconize and can tell you.

Nice cross. Hope you don't mind a little tip.
On closeup I see organza wisps. You can get rid of them if you have a craft iron with a hot tip and very,very carefully melt those off without melting
embroidery threads. Works like a charm.
