Wow! You've been very busy making all of these. Looks like a your farm is really hopping!! Great job.
Gosh! It must be something in the water! Well done.
You'll make some children very happy. It feels good to have been a small part in this. Thanks for showing.
thank you the stable is just about full but we can squeeze a few more in lllsoozie
What a lovely idea and they all look so nice together!
Well I can understand the rabbits multiplying but it must be contagious for the rest. Well done.
The animals are populating by the machine full. lol All are cute and will be enjoyed by those lucky to adopt them.
You have been busy. What stabilizer do you use when making these? I work on tearaway, but would love to know what others use. Thanks, Shirley
well as yet i have not used any but some of the felt is a bit uneven in places so i will try the rest with a light stabliser i found also without it the outlines dont always match up so stabliser it is from now on....soozie
I have been hooping the tearaway and just sitting the felt on top, I try to get 2 in a hooping by turning one upside down. Not sure where my farm is going yet.
I have done about 30 of these finger puppets and do not use stabilizer--just hoop the felt. All have turned out great.
i think the stabiser is a good idea as you dont lose so much felt in the hooping thanks for the idea...soozie
That's why I don't hoop the felt. When cutting out I pull the tear-away out from inside with pliers. The tear away stays in the head and gives it a bit of body lol
There are going to be some very happy little children with this lot. We don't have to pick a favourite, do we!!
AlmaG.
