GORGEOUS. where could I find this design? thank you
If you read her comment you will see that the design is from "Amazing Designs". Hopefully it is still available to purchase because this post is 8 years old. Welcome to Cute
You did a fantastic job. He is such a cutie. I'm sure the new mom will love it. I like to use a fine bridal tulle under fluffy or napped fabrics but I normally don't do a 2 hour stitch out on them either. It can be a bit more fussy than WSS but it stays there permanently and doesn't wash away.

You did a terrific job on him, he is sooo cute and looks professionally done, mom and baby will have a keepsake
This is a great design and one can see that it is very intricate. Lucky little boy who has this blanket its super
This turned out fantastic!! What kind of stabilizer did you use to get such perfect results?
The blanket is a fluffy polar fleece and I've only used medium tear away at the back and wss on top. I did not hoop the blanket but sprayed with temp adhesive and done with a basting stitch. There were very little jump stitches and almost no cutting of thread.
Thank you for the information. I would like to try stitching on polar fleece. I'm still afraid of destroying anything "good" so have been doing quilt blocks and such.
I can tell took time. Beautiful work does. Great job!
Thank you, you are so right, my husband and I have discussed it this afternoon and the end conclusion was - be prepared to pay a little more and take a bit of more time - it is worth it.
