This is an old challenge - follow the link to find the latest.
Ok lets play.
apart from the obvious of quilt making why not do a large block and lay down a pattern on it, say of a tote, you can duplicate for the opposite side and cut out as normal fabric.
try a waistcoat, in fact anything that has a paper pattern can be used, then there are table runners and mats. toilet cistern covers sewing machine covers or anything that needs a cover for that matter.
children's toys are another goods thing to use them on, or doorstops,
How about book covers or E reader and I pad covers even a laptop could be protected by useing faux leather OOH just think of a nice shoulder bag done in faux leather or faux suede. why not fur.
will that tempt you to have a go at these.
use lightweight iron on interfacing with the sticky side face down in the hoop and the fabric face down on top of it,
this way when you turn the interfacing inside out to get those neat edges you can iron the hexagons down onto the sticky side to give a nice firm patch to work with, Done this way you can join them together with ease, I like to use a decorative stitch for that then lay the completed blocks down onto thin batting with muslin under it to stop it catching in the feed dogs and join with a in the ditch stitch.
Need more help then let me know.

And another two!
work is eating me up for the next 4 weeks, but my mind is working on this one and perhaps I can come up with something on saturday
Martine missed Devon's coaster.
Here are links to the ones already posted. I hope I did not miss one.
Thanks for this, I will be using it, just can't post as my camera doesn't have a way to upload to the computer.
I switch off and go to bed and find three projects already posted when I switch on again! Well done everyone - two of the three ideas were not on my mental list.
I digitised the large version when I wanted a quick potholder and didn't want to faff with binding!
The first 3 or 4 are obvious, now to think of a not so obvious one. I've got a couple of ideas which have to wait till tomorrow.
Thank you girls. This was fun. Uploaded mine in projects. Lyn. xx
Do we need to let you know that we are joining in or do we just posted what we have done? This sounds like fun.
Well that will give me something to think about on the ride home. My husband and I are in NY visiting family this week. It's a long ride back to FL.
Just put what I did in projects. Thanks for the challenge. DeVon
I can't get involved in the month of April - but this should be interesting.
Hi, if you ever need a more detailed design, please let me know as i dabble in creating designs
Thanks for the offer. The idea of the challenge though is to encourage creativity not to use something that is already complete!
I just finished up my projects, this will be a fun break. Count me in, and thanks for the challenge
