OH, I didn't receive your PM, maybe the name was spelled incorrectly, just think of Meg Anne then put them together, real name, Margaret Anne. :-)))

Softdrinks Site has Star -5 different sizes. Maybe the right one will be there for you?

As it's gone to archival format, not sure how to work out what's in the files without downloading them first, but you may like to take a look here :)

She had a huge amount of simple designs and borders which I collected a lot of years ago.

Not free, but this is Jan's suggested site for the embroidery machine question. They have a 1" star too.
Maybe Embroidery Designs RN may have a free star. Will have to see if I can find a link for you. Have you checked in your machine software too. Sometimes there are simple designs like that in the machine or software gallery.
