Ok, last try for the link to the hankie dress.
For my niece's wedding I embroidered his & her towel set with embroidered his & her toilet paper.
Here's a link to the hankie wedding dress craft. The one that I did isn't the same, but very similar. It had a card stock bodice. It looks beautiful with their names and date embroidered on it. Also looks great as a first page in a photo album or scrapbook.
Here is another Idea for Weddings or Anniversaries.
It is a new FSL Candle Corset that has Wedding Bells on it at K-Lace (Criswell).
This can be combined with another of their Candle Corset Blank so you can add names or dates on them
It is on the home page.
See link below.

I have just gone to my god daughter's wedding in Holland.
I embroidered a special christmas set: Tablecloth , runner 8 placemats and 8 serviettes. Something you don't really need but I love taking my Xmas table cloth out and just use it that time of year.
Hi Jan, some ideas.
For the bridal showers and rehearsal, sash for the bride to be, also for the brides maids or T-shirts,wedding garter, ring cushion.
Bed linen or table linen too match there colour scheme, towels with names or just embossed initial on them .
Hope this helps.
Hugs Yvonne
My son is getting married July 21. I am making the 3 bridesmaid dresses and the sash for the flower girl's dress. I am also going to embroidery a ribbon/sign type thing to go on the front table with their name, date ect. Thanks Yokio for you entwined heart design. I hope to do the embroidery the organza that go around the brides bouquet. I got the idea from emblibrary. And if I have time, I want to do T-shirts for the bridesmaids, mothers of the couple, and sister of the bride to wear to the bridal showers and rehearsal. However, I did love what Shirlene did and one of the other ladies said they were doing (listed in projects).
My grandson is getting married next year and I am going to make the a design with a verse from the Bible and have it professionally framed for them. I got it from emb library " where you go I will go, your people shall be my people and your God my God: It is then surrounded by flowers.
Jan, thank you - the wedding was Friday, April 27th. I had my moments - but they are past and I am reaping in the love and joy of their union.
as for presents - I always think a great gift is a lovely embossed bath set, pillowcases or dish towels - there was 1 special gift that was not wrapped at the Travis and Deb's wedding yesterday - that impressed me and Travis, too. It was a large stone that had been engraved on: Travis & Deb - establish April 27, 2012 - they will put in a special place of honor and everyone that sees it will enjoy it, too.
You know a stone - like for a rock garden - BIG - engraved with Travis & Deb est. April 27, 2012
I was just in projects and she showed the table with all the party favors and I did a close up and couldn't quite make out what everything was and then right after that was her project in progress with several pictures showing what she was doing and that really showed me how wonderful a job she did.
I think that Shirlenes sons wedding was yesterday

My older daughter is getting married in June which will be mid summer. I recently made a ring cushion as a wedding present and I put a picture in projects. I also made the couple a cushion with Mr & Mrs then inserted their name. I am making bunting for the family wedding to decorate where we are having the reception
Those are great ideas, will you ever finish? I keep getting more ideas and never feel like I've done enough!
My nephew is getting married June 2 and I haven't a clue what to make for them. Maybe a quilted throw for the couch. I could use ideas too.!
Meri
Meri - I do not think you can go wrong with a quilted throw. Something for them to use and treasure. Sarah.
I embroidered hankies for the mother of the bride, and the mother of the groom for them to have as "cry rags" in the pews for my nephew's wedding. It was white on white, with the couple's names and date. You can also take a hankie and fold it into a tiny wedding dress. I'll hunt for that link and send it right away.
