I think your question was answered christinarika. You will need to get the program meganne gives the link for and you should be fine. If it still doesn't work, repost and we will try something else.;)

I've had a few problems myself with 'sick'. The beautiful alphabet i've downloaded several times and it always says it's corrupt, but yet others download perfectly. I've emailed them but have never gotten a reply. I've had a problem with downloading a design and then the colors change from what they were. Not sure what's going on there, my dealer doesn't have a clue either. I have the 4D embroidery software and a husqvarna designer usb.

i had that problem too, but I have a program called buzz-edit in that program I can open the design, when opened I save it again.There's the question: the file already exist do you want to replace it; I click yes. and after that I can open it normaly,and I get the normal colours.hope this works for you too.

I have a problem with some of those files too. Mine will open fine, but half of the sets I get are in black and white. Where are all the colors? Some of the sets are just perfect, colors and all. Is there something wrong with those sets, or is it just me? I have downloaded some of the same sets twice with no change. I thought it may have been that my computer didn't download it correctly, but I suppose it is just the set. HELP!

I had the problem. Unzip the file, convert the designs to an other format, let say HUS, re convert to PES, they will be ok*

You will need to have a Zip program of some sort to extract the designs. If you follow the link below it will take you to download.com and from there you can download and install, WinZip or WinRar, the most popular of the Zip programs. Once you have installed the program of choice use Windows Explorer to find your design (zipped) files and right mouse click will give you the option to unzip and save the designs to a folder of your choosing. Set your selection for all files and it will pick up pes. If you leave it on Bernina it will only read Bernina. I am not good at explaining maybe Jayrob will come to the rescue.

Welcome to our cute family if I never said so before. Do you have a way to unzip the file you downloaded first? They are all zipped in one pkg and they are always (so far)in PES format, so that you say you can use. I use BuzzXplore to extract the zipped file into a folder on my desktop, then I can add the designs to my Ultimate Box card to use on my Embroidery machine. Does that help?! *4U ><>

Hello christina welcome to cute fmly Do u open or save the design? What format r you downloading pes, huq etc? & when it tells u to choose what do U choose to download in? I know Bernina uses Art & pes it sounds as though u may not be getting design in the right format, *4U

does it say that the file is corrupt or is it that the design is one color?
