Thank you very much, great for charity fair's
you're welcome. Yes I'm selling these at a fair this weekend. They will make great Grad's gifts too.
Excellent i wish other could show us things step by step i learn way better then reading how to do it .
I know its a lot of work you did to show us this and my thanks sound dumb but i really appreciate it hugs Carolyn
I'm glad you liked it Carolyn. Hopefully you can try it for yourself too. I understand what you mean about being shown. I'm sometimes hesitant to try something, but when I saw someone else with hers done. I thought I could do it too. This girl actually took the it apart and stitched then glued it back together. I thought to myself, it isn't any thicker than a heavy stabilizer and fabric. So voile... Have a few more to do for this weekend.
Thank you for sharing this tut with us. Very useful.
Very interesting to see these 'experiments' Is this the first of these you have done? Jan
Oh my - so you didn't really take it apart - you just stitched right through the whole thing?
This looks like Christmas gifts to me!! Think I'll try it. Tks!!
Thanks, Terre!! Great tutorial!! I need to go to the Dollar store!! Hugs to you, Laura*
whewww my grammar is horrible.... That I showed instead of "That I had showed" goodness I've been around these grandsons too long. LOL...
That's funny! My kids & grandkids call me the grammar police! But with tweet, FB, text, etc our kids are losing not only the ability to spell, but to actually use proper grammar! Drives me crazy to be at a conference or church & hear some glaring grammar error from some highly educated person. But I have to admit, I can not spell well! But can find a word faster in the dict. than they can online!
hehehe... I know what you mean... I used the be the annoying kid that always corrected adults in their grammar, and look at me now. LOL...
