Heavy Pictures...How to stitch on the vinyl journal that I had showed in projects. This is shown with the 4x4 but you can use other sizes also.

1.Hoop your tear away. Notice that I didn't use a clean piece. As long as the journal can rest on the edges it is fine...
2. Open journal and lay so the lower outer edges rest within the hoop
3.Begin stitching. As you will see later the stitches got off because I only used one hand. I do recommend both hands while stitching.
4. almost finished
5. Finished results. If you look closely, you will see the two places that I took the pictures as the stitches is slightly off. :)Took all of 3 minutes or so.
ENJOY!

I'm glad you liked it Carolyn. Hopefully you can try it for yourself too. I understand what you mean about being shown. I'm sometimes hesitant to try something, but when I saw someone else with hers done. I thought I could do it too. This girl actually took the it apart and stitched then glued it back together. I thought to myself, it isn't any thicker than a heavy stabilizer and fabric. So voile... Have a few more to do for this weekend.

This was the second one. I was totally surprised that it was so easy.

Oh my - so you didn't really take it apart - you just stitched right through the whole thing?

That's funny! My kids & grandkids call me the grammar police! But with tweet, FB, text, etc our kids are losing not only the ability to spell, but to actually use proper grammar! Drives me crazy to be at a conference or church & hear some glaring grammar error from some highly educated person. But I have to admit, I can not spell well! But can find a word faster in the dict. than they can online!

hehehe... I know what you mean... I used the be the annoying kid that always corrected adults in their grammar, and look at me now. LOL...
