LIfe is not easy, i telling you, sometimes i want to give up too, then i pray and pray and pray, praying is a powerful source, i do not know what what my life would be if it was'nt for my beliefs, please try to relax and pray i will be praying for all of us, I started doing the TAPPING and it has help me it simple to do and does not require any special tool just your fingers, google for tapping or eft and give it a try. Hope your days will get better.!!!!!!

Life is difficult at times with constant challenges that zap our strength and drive. Resulting stress from frustration pulls one into a vicious circle or whirlwind, where we feel begin to feel helpless, hopeless, and incapacitated. We just have to remember, there is so little in life we can control, except ourselves and our way of thinking. How we look at things positively or negatively makes all the difference in our emotional stamina for each day.
During a serious bout of depression many years ago, I became almost unable to function. I learned that bright light helped lift the cloud of despair. I found that repeating little positive statements, such as "This TOO shall pass!", or "The Lord and I are in this together!" With His help, I gradually found my way back to a happy place mentally and physically! God is in control, not you or I, and things will get better! Each day is His plan, so relax and turn everything over to HIM!
No matter how bad things look, life is STILL good. Focusing on our blessings, instead of the bad issues, helps us see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Oh dear DeVon, my heart aches for your pain. I am so sorry to read that you are going through a rough patch. Please be assured of my prayers for you to get through the dark times. As Lillian has said just know that the Lord is carrying you on the days that you are feeling helpless. He will not let you down and is always there for you. I wish I did live closer too just to be of some comfort to you. Coming on here to ask us to pray over you too is a step in the right direction. Love and blessings Chris

DeVon I am so sorry. All I can say is God gives me the grace to keep on going because there are times I feel as you do, saying to myself " I simply cannot go another day" I think often of the poem Footprints in the Sand and know there are days when I am being carried. We get the strength to go on I think because there are others who care about us and would be devestated without us. You are a caring person DeVon and there are those who truly do care for you, even us who have never seen you face to face. Sweetie I have been where you are at and still go there quite frequently when it gets bad go outside do something even if it just watch the clouds God will help give Him a chance.
