Thanks to all you Cuties for the support you have given to me in your posts. To answer some questions. This will be the 7th base we have moved to and the 9th move. None of the moves are easy as I already know. We are going to the Fort Dix Mcguire Joint Base in New Jersey. I still have a lot to do in the 10 days before the packers arrive. We still have to separate out what we are bringing with us. These are the items we need to be able to camp out before our household goods arrive in NJ. Things like kitchen needs, towels, bed linens, bathroom needs. And yes, I will bring 1 of my machines with me. We also haul my husband's 71 Mustang behind us. We load both cars with what we need. And they will be loaded. Coming here to North Dakota we had the Mustang plus 1500 pounds of stuff. We actually include an airbed, small folding table and 4-6 chairs. We can seat our new friends when they come to visit. I try to keep up with cute but I have to be honest. Time gets away from me. But I figure I will be back to normal in July. So in the meantime, I will continue to check your posts and pray for those who need prayer. Keep on stitching everyone.

I remember those days. My husband was in the Marines Corps, got out for awhile. Then joined the Army before retiring. We raised 4 kids and have had a wonderful life. Hope all goes well on your move and not too much gets destroyed. Good Luck, Susan

I understand you are having to move so much. My husband was an Army brat and I was in the Navy. Thank goodness you have movers coming! My thoughts and prayers will be with you and yours during this stressful time. Take care, be safe.

Extra hugs, Bonnie

Good Luck on your move. My husband retired after 20 years in the navy and I remember those moves so well. I loved the military life and miss it today - I was a navy ombudsman for 14 out of the 20 and really loved my job. Anyway, best of luck to you and please tell hubby "Thank you for keeping us safe". God Bless you!

I will be praying for you - from now until the end of July - that way - everything is covered - the pre-move, move, the unpacking, and then getting back into the swing of things.

I lived at Fort Dix as a teenager (almost too long ago to remember, LOL), it's a very pretty base. We loved it there. Good luck in your move!
