Mops, in answer to your question a few pages back, you are most welcome to join in the quilt project. Do you need the details? Everyone else is welcome to join in too.

I think I have it figured out. I can see if some ladies at church would like to help also. Then everyone can just send the blocks directly to the church! We just finished making five pieced quilts for Habitat for Humanity, so I have them in the sewing mood. I'll get back to you and let everyone know...

Once you find an address, let me know, I have some lovely angels and would love to be part of this.

Oh, don't forget to decide what size you want the blocks, type of fabric, washed or not pre-washed, etc. Obviously angels is the theme, and what a great choice to for a NICU.

I would also be willing to sew blocks together and I am in California. I don't have a PO Box though, so I will have to get one. What do you think about me putting together baby quilts for the NICU? My daughter was in NICU for a week after she was born. A lap size quilt would overwhelm the little ones in there... Maybe mine could have a theme of angels? Angels are good to have beside you when your children are suffering. This was be some tangible way of representing that. Oooo, I am getting exited now!

Any questions, please direct to my personal assistant, secretary and event organiser, otherwise known as "Jrob". Thanks Jrob for updating the ladies, I have actually stepped away from the computer to do some squares for my sons quilt. You are a gem.

100% Cotton Square. After embroidering on it, make it 8 inches by 8 inches (20.32 x 20.32 centimeters) for a boy or for a girl that is between 10 and 13 years old. Put your name and country on the square and send to Libby Fisher. 116 Hospital Road, Emerald, Queensland, Australia, 4720. More than 1 square can be sent.;)
