No but it can be done with digitising softwear.
Just gone to google and come up with this

I have both PE Design & Embird which apparently both programs can do it but it's so over my head. I just want to pay somebody else. xx

I have done two photos and have to agree with you..it's worth getting it done by someone who knows what they are doing..lol..I think I need a program that will change a jpeg to a vector image..
