WHich version of Windows are you using?
Have you changed your EXPLORER folder view to THUMBNAILS?
Windows 7 I believe, it has to be MEDIUM thumbnails.
OH, why did you move your designs into a pictures library, they need to be stored outside of a specific program.
Preferably in folders under My Documents.
there is a section that you tick to let it know what formats you need it to open if i remember rightly i ticked them all that way if only certain formats are used IE pes, you can still see the thumbnails and the sewwhatpro program will open it and then you can convert and save in the format required however it does not do art format
From this page, join the yahoo group. Steve is right there to answer anything-and help, he called me when I had a problem and talking me through the correct set-up. List mom's Judy and Gwen are thoroughly knowledgeable about the program. It has to be the best support system for a product I have ever used. They can get you to where you need to be.

Uninstall the 32 bit version using your Control Panel on your computer where you can add or delete programs.
Then try to download the 64 bit version and see if that works for you.
Or wait for Steve to help you since you emailed him.
You still will need to have your files in a folder on your C drive not in the Picture Library.
I think the problem is that I downloaded the 32 bit version and just checked and see that I have 64bit. But now when I download and install the 64 bit - they want money and registration saying my demo period is over. I emailed them to see if I can get this fixed.
Really having a blond day. lol

There is a picture of designs with in a folder displayed in Windows Explore on the SewIconz Page at Sands Computing. And there is information under the picture explaining where you will see the pictures of your designs.
Here is the link to the page.
I think you may have the problem because you have the embroidery files in your Picture Library.
Perhaps try putting the embroidery files in a separate folder on your C drive.
I have mine in 2 seperate files named Downloaded Designs and Purchased Designs
Then go to the C Drive on your compouter and find the file that the designs are in using Windows Explorer and click on the folder that you have the design files in and see if the pictures or Icons of the design show up.

I don't know much about computers, and I dont't have any ideas about sewlcon, but I use "my documents" for my embroidery files and it works very well. I wish I could help you, but I am not able to. Have a great day and I hope somebody here at cuties will be solving your problem very soon.***
