There is nothing under the skirt except watersoulable layer. It's lacelook design from designs by cutis here.

Lovely, the embroidered tassle top is interesting did it come with the design?

The top is from husqvarna and the towel folds very pretty with it. I have been using the tassle with a little cut and paste to mix with other broderies.
