Ok., so I'm ready to buy embird studio.

I'm more concerned that I have already purchased 3 parts through embird.

When installing each part it required passwords.
The 3 products I have so far purchased through embird all have the same password... easy !

If I change to 'secrets' I'm guessing that it will require new/different passwords,
therefore if I ever have problems, like trying to transfer to 2nd or new computer it may just get messy, if you know what i mean.

That's where I'm coming from. I'm thinking for the sake of $20 it might be simpler to have it all in the same place :)

I bought all of my Embird s/w through Secrets of and saved $$ on all of it. It is identical to what you buy thru Embird itself; no more, no less. So why spend the extra $$?

Also, be sure to check out the free Embird info on Secrets of. I found it very helpful when I was first starting to digitize. There are tutorials to purchase also but personally I didn't need them since IMO Embird is very intuitive and pretty easy to learn.

I am going to send this TTT for you as I am thinking about buying more "parts" of Embird too and would be interested in hearing from Cuties who have done what you are thinking.... Buying parts from Embird directly and parts from Secrets Of....

I'm bringing this to the top, as I nervously need some more opinions.

I can see the value in purchasing through secrets, but I am worried that if I need help... who would I turn to, since I have already purchased my initial softeware through embird.

I'm thinking now it might be smarter to buy the extra plugins through embird & keep it all in the one place.
What do you think cuties?

You get the same support from the Embird tech people no matter where you buy their software. Save yourself some $.

Carolyn Keber is having special giveaways w/purchases in honor of her recent loss of a brother. Special Tutorial give aways until end of May. Ck it out at 'Secrets'.

Oh.. how sad for her.
I thought I had heard secrets was good for the tutorial side of it.
So maybe that would be my best bet., 'cos I'm bound to need help when I start digitizing. I'll have 101 questions..lol. thanks

When I purchased my Embird, Secrets was cheaper. You will also get a batch of free designs from Secrets if you spend more than $30.00. You can still go to Embird site for all your free upgrades and help even if you purchase it from Secrets/Lillian
