good morning lovelies, summer has come here in the U.K and I think it's time for me to work of the extra winter bulges and so I am gonna hit the gym and like any good cutie I need a design for my gym towels. I need some gym equip, dumb bells anything gym related designs. help please

To make up a fridge magnet, glue the design to a small plastic tile, glue a magnet to the back and then place the fridge magnet in the obvious place to encourage you.

Just wanted to mention that I have tried this design and her face is not very pretty, a little distorted so you may want to test it before using it on a towel,

Sounds really painful - and boring! Mike has a theory that all gym machines are, in fact, time machines because five minutes on one seems like hours!
Sorry no suggestions for the designs (or a need for any as I have a border collie who likes long walks!)Sopmeone more helpful will be along soon, I'm sure.

Thank you but pain or no pain I gotta get rid of the flabby bits. Really only going cos a new gym has opened very close to me land I can just nip in quick Anyway I ll keep looking
